Timber frame is our most popular style of building. We use REAL timbers which vary in size to accommodate up to 30′ ceilings. The White Pine or Douglass Fir timbers are laid out, hand-cut and chiseled to create a solid structure-sound frame.
Our timbers range in size from 8″ x 12″ to 12″ x 12″, and up to 30 feet, which are then closed in either by stress-skin panels or conventional framed walls. We prepare all of the timbers at our shop location. The framing members are then marked, numbered, disassembled and shipped to your job location for final assembly.
